A new Nevada program launches December 1st, offering eligible essential workers up to $20,000 in homebuyer assistance. Funds can be used for your down payment or to lower your interest rate — but availability is limited and first come, first served.
If you’re an essential worker in Clark County, you may be eligible. Qualifying fields include:
Healthcare: Nurses, medical assistants, lab techs, therapists, pharmacists, home health aides
Education: Teachers, administrators, librarians, aides, support staff
Public Safety: Police, sheriffs, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers
Construction Trades: Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, masons, heavy-equipment operators, general laborers
Plus, you must:

✔️ Be a Nevada resident for 6+ months
✔️ Be purchasing a primary residence
